Everyone who opens an account at Call Federal is a member, not just a customer. Call Federal is changing how we do business with our new retail-style branch. Over the last two years we have opened two new locations in Chesterfield County designed with the member in mind. We removed the traditional teller line in favor of a greeter station and multi-service kiosks. The goal is to have more engagement with members and conversations about their financial needs and goals.
