Most habit apps send reminders on a fixed schedule. AttuneHabits calculates a slip probability for every habit, every day, and makes a decision:
- High risk + active streak? A streak warning breaks through Focus mode.
- Moderate risk? A gentle reminder timed for when you're most likely to act.
- Low risk? Nothing. You'll do it on your own.
It even learns whether nudges help you or not — and adjusts accordingly.

- Flexible scheduling: Daily, specific days (Mon/Wed/Fri), or a weekly target (3x per week).
BEAUTIFUL PROGRESS VISUALIZATION
Every habit gets a GitHub-style contribution grid — a color-coded heat map showing your consistency over months at a glance. Count-based habits show intensity gradients so you can see partial vs full effort.
The Progress dashboard includes completion rate charts, active streak rankings, and a monthly calendar heat map across all your habits.
