MProcure is the B2B procurement platform for the real estate industry. The real estate sector is largely unorganized and raw materials are highly customizable, posing many challenges to procurement.
Our goal is to make cutting-edge procurement techniques such as RFQs and reverse auctions accessible to all builders and create new business opportunities for suppliers.
We built the RFQ marketplace as MVP. Builders can post RFQs for required materials, such as lifts, which will then be floated around to many lift suppliers. Suppliers are notified of the requirement and asked to submit a quotation.
Builders can compare quotes from 100s of suppliers within a couple of days with easy-to-use interfaces, which they cannot do over the phone or by email. Builders can discover new suppliers and get better rates.
Suppliers will receive new leads and business will increase. The scoring system can help suppliers improve service quality. Suppliers can position their products more effectively with market analysis. They can also get insights into customer preferences and trends in the market.
