* View your daily movement duration and total session count on the dashboard.
* View a vigor score percentage that increases based on the number of logged sessions.
* Tap preset buttons to quickly log specific activities such as dynamic stretching, posture resets, or focus breathing.
* Log preset activities manually from the activity menu, including walking, stretching, and cycling.
* Delete specific log entries from your activity history using a swipe gesture.
* Clear your entire activity history using the clear button in settings.
* Update your displayed user name in the profile settings.
* Switch between dashboard, activity log, and profile screens using the bottom navigation menu.
