App Description

Empowers MM patients to optimally manage their condition.

MMCare empowers people with Multiple Myeloma (MM) to take control of their health and wellness with the support of compatible connected health devices.
MMCare requires connection with compatible external hardware devices (such as connected wearables or monitoring devices like Garmin watches, Fitbit devices, or other Bluetooth-enabled health trackers) to function as intended.
These devices enable MMCare to record and display health-related data such as SpO₂, ECG, activity, and sleep.
Some features of the app may be limited or unavailable without these external devices.

Track Your Vitals: View SpO₂, ECG, heart rate, activity, and sleep data collected from supported external devices such as Garmin, Fitbit, and other compatible wearables.
Symptom Tracker: Record and monitor your symptoms to better understand and manage your condition.
Emotional Health: Log your mood daily and visualize changes over time through clear, easy-to-read graphs.
Sleep Analysis: Gain insights into your sleep cycles and quality using data from connected devices.
Medication & Reminders: Set reminders to stay consistent with your treatment and medication routine.

MMCare is a free app developed by experts to help people with Multiple Myeloma (MM) better understand their health trends, manage symptoms, and track their wellness journey over time.

MMCare is intended for general wellness and fitness purposes only. It is not a medical device and should not replace professional medical advice. Always consult your doctor or healthcare provider before making any medical decisions.
