UTM : RPM provides a connection to a patient health data and medical support

UTM:Remote Patient Monitoring (UTM:RPM) is a HIPAA-compliant mobile application designed to support patient care through continuous health data monitoring and secure communication. Developed for post-discharge or high-risk patients, UTM:RPM enables hospitals to enroll individuals directly into the system, with each mobile app instance uniquely configured for that patient.

The application captures key health metrics—such as blood pressure, oxygen saturation, pulse, weight, and blood glucose—via Bluetooth and LTE-enabled devices. Patients can also submit subjective wellness updates through guided questions within the app.

This data is securely transmitted to a cloud-based SaaS platform managed by the patient’s clinical support team. On the backend, the system compares incoming data to personalized baseline values, enabling early detection of anomalies and supporting proactive clinical decisions.

UTM:RPM also facilitates two-way communication through real-time alerts and messages between patients and medical staff, enhancing diagnostic support, treatment adherence, and overall continuity of care.
