Vimass POS application = Collection via audio QR


Audio QR is a solution to collect money on an individual's or store's account with unique and superior sound, allowing you to listen and view statistical statements without needing a banking application. Anyone can own an audio QR, including people without identification or bank accounts. Audio QR is very convenient for taxi drivers, service staff, cashiers at food stores, grocery stores, supermarkets, pharmacies, gas stations...

Download the Vimass POS application, create a password, declare a bank account to own a personal audio QR.

Create a store with just your name, address, coordinates and receiving account to own your store's audio QR. The store creator declares the phone numbers heard and views statistical statements, creates categories and products of the store. Listeners customize the sound mode to the speakers.



Shop

Create price list: (1) Use AI: paste the price list image, request "get price list", copy the result and click Create price list.

(2) Direct: enter product name and unit price.

Create invoice: select store, category, product, quantity and press Order button to display invoice and audio QR.

Payment: customers use the banking application to scan the audio QR to pay. Vimass receives money, saves statements and reports credit with sound in just a few seconds.

Statements show details of each transaction (including purchase invoices) collected via audio QR or other QR or cash at the store.



Distinctive

Notification by sound: All amounts returned to the account are notified by voice, no need to take screenshots or view account statements. Customize on, off, bell, male, female, Northern, Southern voices.

Audio statistics: total number of transactions and money in 10 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour and 2 hours.

Phone owners can own multiple audio QRs and allow other phone numbers to listen and view their audio QR statistics.

Audio QR can be easily printed or shared with the identification of banks, stores, and individuals to paste at places where you want to collect money.



Outstanding

The collection fee via audio QR is 0.02% (2 ten thousandths) of the transaction amount (but not less than 500 VND). Money collected is automatically transferred to the bank account every 10 minutes (if more than 6 transactions) or every 30 minutes at minutes 00 and 30.

Vimass stores collection transactions for 10 years and allows statistical lookup for an unlimited period of time.
