SI CANTIS (CERTIFICATE OF HEALTHY BRIDE CERTIFICATE APPLICATION BASIS) is an application to collect data on prospective brides at the Ternate City Health Center. This application helps the officer to record the prospective bride and groom, and make a recap of the results of the examination of the bride and groom, after filling out the form and the data of the Cantin examination results will immediately get an E-Certificate which is sent directly to the email of the bride and groom after filling out the questionnaire and the results of the examination by the SI CANTIS admin officer
