Strategic Intervention Materials for Teaching with Augmented Reality (SIMaTAR)
SIMATAR or Strategic Intervention Material for Teaching with Augmented Reality, is an intervention material which has 3D simulations of drawings through scanning technology using mobile devices. User must have the print copy to scan the AR-enabled graphic as well as mobile phone or tablet. The mobile applications are available in Android and Apple IOS platforms.
The five (5) pilot modules in Grade 8 Science are written by teachers from Surigao City NHS, Surigao del Norte:
