"Mejora Bilbao" is a mobile citizen participation platform in real time. Bilbao City Council offers a free, simple and intuitive platform that enables people to report incidents, suggestions and improvements in matters such as water networks, sanitation, lighting, cleaning and waste management, green ring, parks and gardens, furniture urban, roads, bicycles and public space.

Thus, users will be able to report and help improve Bilbao through their smartphone if they see, for example, broken lampposts, loose tiles, vandalism. A picture is worth a thousand words and "Mejora Bilbao" makes it possible, facilitating the sending of photos of those complaints or suggestions that are important to citizens.
