Skills Training Education Program (STEP), is a hands-on apprenticeship program.

STEP connects teammates everywhere in a fast paced environment, targeting a set of common skills. The app features tools to document the repairs that are being completed, allowing Apprentice Technicians the ability to level up their career. Additional features include individual stats and rankings between peer groups, along with technical materials and support products.
