Kotha is a Social Communication & Lifestyle app developed in Bangladesh for Bangladeshi people and Bangla speaking community around the world. The purpose of the app is to offer Bangladeshis their own social media & communication tools, promote use of Bangla language and at the same time offer daily life useful local services, lifestyle contents, latest news and entertainment etc.

Kotha enables users to communicate with instant messaging, audio/video calls, group chatting and users can share images, camera photos & videos, contacts, attachments and document files, cloud files, links, voice message, location, stickers etc. It’s easy to type and post in Kotha with Bengali transliteration. Kotha has a feed/timeline were users can post, rate, comment and share. The discover section of the app has mini apps integrated into Kotha as well as sports updates, news & events, market place etc. Gradually more third-party services will be integrated into Kotha.
