Letter Intervention is a systematic method of teaching your student or child letters and letter sounds by using proven Incremental Rehearsal techniques. This application is designed by Kindergarten and First Grade Educators at top elementary schools who have effectively used these techniques to teach many students as part of core curriculum. Now your student or child can leverage our experience to master letters and sounds and build confidence and a strong base for reading.

This application allows you to complete comprehensive assessments of your students' abilities across six different categories including letter identification and sounds across upper case, lower case and mixed case. After completing assessments, you can focus interventions by selecting nine known letters or sounds and one unknown for the student. Through incremental rehearsal, known letters or sounds are reinforced while those not yet known are mastered. These techniques have been proven to work in many classroom and home settings.

This application guides you through interventions by presenting letters or sounds in the following order, where Z is unknown and A through I are known by the student:

For each interaction in assessments or interventions, the facilitator records whether the student knows the letter/sound or not. The application tracks each and every assessment, automatically recording proficiency when the student reaches 80% for the letter or sound or marking as unknown if proficiency drops below the 80% threshold.

Detailed reports show the following:
- Percentage known by category and each letter or sound within the list
- Number of letters or sounds learned by week
- Charting of letters or sounds learned by week compared to goal
- Email progress, detailed results and charts
