Seamlessly integrated into Clarity Hotel Manager, CHM Reception is a tool to untether yourself from the front desk.

Extend your reception to mobile devices, to allow you to:

- checkin with room allocation
- cut room keys with integration to door lock systems
- e-regcards (configurable at the PMS)
- document and signature capture
- checkouts with payments
- integration with EFTPOS/Credit card/Chip & Pin systems
- print/email/sms invoices at anytime

This app is suitable for Cloud Hosted hotels, as well as local installs as long as there is network/internet connectivity.

Requires Clarity Hotel Manager (formally known as Phoenix Hotel Manager) November 2020 release, or later.
