App Description
Alfred is a platform which aims to help users being more productive in their daily individual task management. We build this platform based on Iteration process (Agile) and Getting Things Done workflow.
Iteration process (Plan - Execute - Review - Retro): We believe that task management should always start first with tasks being well-planned, followed by our focus to pick and deliver the right task. Then, when a task is done (either partially or fully), you review what you delivered, how much time is spent & the remaining work, so you can learn what works and what needs to be adjusted.
Getting Things Done workflow: There are many random stuffs happening around you, which can greatly consume your focus. We should get them out of our head by capturing all into a special inbox (named Alfred Box). Then, you should reserve some time during the day to clarify these unclear stuffs, organize them properly into projects & tasks, so they are ready for execution. Finally, a weekly review is recommended to clean up Alfred Box and make all tasks organized.
