Each Flex account has one simple administrative fee. Each Flex account with a positive balance is assessed a $1 per month administrative fee on the 30th day of each month. Flex account holders may make direct contributions to fully-exhaust the balance of the account within 30 days to avoid the administrative fee.

After 90 days, Impactive will allocate the balance of your Flex Account to one or more charitable programs that are in urgent need of support.
