Rikskampen is online-based personal training. Personal trainers tailor your workout program and diet plan to suit your requirements. The workouts can be done from home, outdoors and in the gym.

Rikskampen improves your nutrition by:
• Providing you a healthy daily nutrition plan.
• Providing customised recipes according to your recommended daily calorie intake and goal weight.
• Keeping track of your daily calorie count.
Rikskampen gets you in shape by:
• Keeping track of your steps and burnt calories by integrating with Health kit and it’s pedometer. The app reads the height of the contestant.
• Providing you a variety of exercises for you to learn and advance from.
• Motivation and fitness tips from Personal Trainers in video.
• Providing you a workout schedule that easily can be adapted to your every day life by giving you the options of working out at home as well as indoor gyms and outdoor gyms.
• Challenging you with our ‘Chasing the stars’ function, integrated with Google maps which is why we need you to always allow our app to access it’s data, in order for us to provide your walking routes and count your collected stars, in which you’ll compete with others.
How does Rikskampen work?
The concept is based on Personal Trainers online together with the physical activity and performance of the participant. In the Rikskampen app during your membership you’ll have:
Customised diet plan.
Recipes by nutrition expert Fredrik Paulún, adjusted to you goal weight.
Customised training schedule.
Workouts for home training, outdoor gym and indoor gym.
Exercise instructions explained in text and shown in video.
