EnrichMyCare is a secure, all-in-one health and care platform that empowers parents and carers to better support children and young people living with Autism, ADHD, Epilepsy, Cerebral Palsy, neurodisabilities, rare conditions, and other long-term developmental or neurological needs.

Families can use EnrichMyCare in two ways:
1. Independent use – Any parent or carer can register and start using the app to record information, track progress, and coordinate their child’s care.
2. NHS service-linked use – Health or care services may invite families to use the app as part of their child’s care pathway, allowing professionals to securely view shared information, progress reports, and care updates.

EnrichMyCare brings everyone together — parents, carers, education staff, and health professionals — to make care coordination simpler, more transparent, and more connected.
