MyAnonymousReporting™ App is the easy way for all members of your institution to anonymously report incidents with associated photos and videos.

Incident Management & Analytics

Quickly review incidents as well as incident review status, type, frequency, location, and notes. Designated administrators can review details to begin to address the incident. Activity logs keep track of updates as they are made.

Real-time Workflow Management Alerts notify designated administrators of new incidents by email and/or text. Administrators can then assign incidents to designated personnel for review and management.
Compliance and Accountability Activity logs keep track of all incidents and their associated activity. Staff and administrators are empowered with the resources to effectively manage each incident.
