My Health Portal App gives you access to a health assessment which takes a few minutes to fill, and then provides you with recommendations and opportunities to make positive changes to your lifestyle. Take action by joining simple and fun challenges, by yourself or with your coworkers.

When participating in challenges, you can synchronize your connected devices data through Health app for a complete user experience. For example, if you are participating in a running challenge, you can authorize access to your Health app and your running data will be synchronized at app launch with the challenge you are participating in.

My Health Portal App can be offered by your employer’s health and well-being program on a voluntary basis and is strictly confidential.
