The ATB@GYM System is a free software application that is available to all gym owners. This revenue-generating platform pays back the gym owner through our rebate program.

The ATB@GYM System is designed specifically for group training and is easily installed into any boxing or fitness studio environment. Gym members are paired with individual iPads to track their heart rate and Aqua Training Bag activity. The data is then broadcasted live onto a large video monitor for members and trainers to analyze and assess. Coaches and Trainers can now gamify their cardio boxing fitness routines by incorporating communal challenges.

The leadership board offers friendly competition within the group and encourages gym members to become the best version of themselves.

This exciting technology allows trainers to utilize the ATB@GYM System to monitor the pulse of the class and raise or lower the intensity of their fitness programs.
