Our app accompanies you during your fitness and bodybuilding workouts, whether you want to lose weight or become more muscular. With Switup in your pocket, your progress is guaranteed, whether you train at home or in the gym, with or without equipment. We also provide you with recipe ideas to help you eat well.

Switup will help you achieve your physical goals and will accompany you during your fitness and bodybuilding workouts to help you progress and always stay motivated ! It is well known, the most complicated in sport is to manage to maintain a good regularity. Yet it is the key to progress quickly.
As soon as you register, we will help you define a goal to achieve in order to keep motivation and maintain this regularity.
Whether it's gaining muscle mass, losing weight or simply staying in shape, we'll help you achieve your goals quickly and easily.
To do this, you'll progress through your workouts by earning experience points and leveling up in six different muscle groups : arms, chest, shoulders, abs, back, and legs. Fitness and bodybuilding being above all sports promoting records and surpassing oneself, you will unlock badges and titles according to your exploits during your training sessions, in order to encourage you to keep going.
PROGRESS WITH EACH WORKOUT
We put at your disposal various routines, ranging from short sessions to do at home to more advanced workouts in the gym. You will be free to copy these routines in order to modify them according to your tastes and desires. You can also carry out your routines yourself, adapted to your equipment and your level thanks to hundreds of exercises available to you, all for free.
If you're just starting out, don't panic ! The app is designed to meet the expectations of athletes of all levels.
Detailed statistics will show you your progress and your physical evolution in great detail.
