There are a lot of product managers in the world, but there aren't a lot of really good product managers. Because a good product manager has a system thinking mindset.
Most of the products we develop are systems, and these products tend to reside in systems. The basic language of the system is extraordinarily simple, but the results of the systems are extraordinarily complex and varied.
Fortunately for product managers, the systems we are dealing with have common characteristics and a common solution. This course will expose you to the principles and new methods of systems thinking in product development and management to find the real problems to be solved in product development and to develop truly useful products.
