The StayConnected App is an engaging and interactive platform for individuals employed by NHS Hampshire, Southampton, and Isle of Wight Clinical Commissioning Group, the people we support, and those who come into contact with us. It provides the opportunity to find all resources in one place.

It enables users to connect with each other, providing easy access to important information, news, and latest updates on developments across the CCG all in one place.
