2. Routine notification
The power of repeat is another key to achieve what you want.
Novel writer, Haruki Murakami writes 20 page every day. He can complete a long novel with repetition.
Make your goal to routine easily. Daily or weekly notification will make a goal into routine habit.
3. Time note
Legendary consultant in management, Peter Drucker says "Log your time".
Try to log time you spent. Improve efficient time spending and reduce time inefficient.
30 minutes timeblock help you to be more productive.
Productive people do not start with their tasks, they start with time.
4. Custom note
Customize your note as you want. Housework check, mindfulness check, idea note, anything is OK.
