Each meal plan comes with macros and calories tailored specifically to you and your goals. Choose from a vegan, vegetarian, gluten free or standard meal plan option. Each meal plan has been carefully selected by Ellie and contains lots of her tasty recipes which enables you to have complete food freedom whilst reaching your goals. On top of this, ELL-EVATE allows you to track your food intake, so if you fancy something not on your meal plan, you can still eat this food and stay on track.

ELL-EVATE will automatically create you a shopping list each day for the exact foods you need for your meal plan. Already got it? Simply tick it off!

Got a fitness watch? ELL-EVATE can connect to Apple Health and log in your daily workouts and steps so that everything is easily found on just one app.
WATER TRACKER
If you struggle to drink water, then ELL-EVATE will motivate you to keep hydrated with its very own water tracker.
WORKOUTS
Ellie has recorded real-time home workouts to suit all abilities for when you need that extra bit of motivation. Plus, all of the workouts can be done with simple equipment such as a pair of dumbbells or even water bottles! Each workout is programmed with the home in mind, so it’s ok if you only have a small space.
