The BBHRMS app consists of a list of employee and management self services including but not limited to employment profile management, leave management, claim management for enhancing user experience.

Detailed functions:

As an employee, the BBHRMS app allows you to
Employee Profile: check and edit personal profile
Punch in and out: use your mobile to punch with tracking GPS location
Leave Management: submit/cancel/revise leave application for approval and generate leave calendar
Claim Management: submit claim application such as travel and meal expense to management for approval
Other functionality: check employee journey, company structure and employee contact list


As a manager, the BBHRMS app allows you to
Approval: review and approve leave and claim applications from employees
Review employee leave records

Note: The BBHRMS app will only be authorized to the organization that has enabled the mobile feature.
