This app can quickly and efficiently help approve and reject purchasing transactions from your existing accounting software by bringing the Invoice Approve and Reject process to your iPhone. You can quickly view all the available Transactions awaiting approval, view their details, PDF attachments, multiple entity entries, and approval history. From here you can quickly Approve and Reject transactions with comments.
Approvals for AP is made to supplement existing accounting software approval workflows to improve upon the mobile experience in approving transactions.
This app is designed to connect to your existing accounting software.
Currently, this app only connects to Sage Intacct, but we hope to connect to other accounting software and ERP systems in the future. To connect to Sage Intacct, you must have already have a Sage Intacct user account, have Purchasing Transactions (or Invoices) with an Approval workflow established, and have set up Web Services access with a valid Sender ID and Sender Password.
This app also works on iPad and your desktop MacOS.
