AttendanceGuru app is a sole interface to onboard educational institutions (Schools, Colleges, Coachings) or corporate companies for automated attendance. It also helps enroll students, tutors and staff whose attendance will be marked. It also provides an interface to display & download attendance in as convenient a way as possible.

With the AttendanceGuru app, individual users(students/ parents/ staff) can see/download attendance for a particular day, month and attendance percentage for a month.

Parents get app notifications when a child enters or exits the institution premises.
Principle/ Director/ Manager get app notification when a teacher/ staff enters or exits institution/company premises.

Admin users (Class teacher, Principal, Director, Company Managers) can see/download attendance for the entire class, school, company etc. Admin users can also mark the attendance using this app should that be necessary in case the attendance device breaks down.

Admin users (Class teacher, Principal, Director, Company Managers) can share any information such as vacation plans, school holidays, change in class schedule/ timing/shifts, exams dates, emergency closure of institution and other important notices for the all/ specific entire class/ batch.

Using the Attendanceguru app, admin users can manage their dynamic website created by the app itself. Any modification/changes to the website can be reflected within a minute.

In case of device failure, power cut-off, an earlier school break, any student needs to leave the school due to some emergency. In above all cases admin can mark the attendance for all/ any particular student/ teacher/ staff using the AttendanceGuru app.

Admin users may use the app to view all/any specific student, teacher, or staff information. Admin may also use the app to create any class and enroll students and teachers in the class.

Admin users can use the app to upload photographs for students, teachers and staff.
