App Description

Mobile Pay Pass is a point of sale app used by event organizers to sell anything on-site with a cashless / contactless payment system that uses an attendee’s issued event QR code to charge their card on file. Instead of expensive hardware, kiosks, or terminals, Mobile Pay Pass is simple and works wirelessly with wifi or cellular signal and can sell anything. Attendees simply present their QR code from entry to pay for goods, services, and attractions at your event.

How it works for attendees: When buying tickets for registering for your event, attendees can enroll their QR code as a payment method that will be linked to their card on file in order to make purchases on-site. A simple acknowledgement and unique pin number is all that is needed and your attendees are empowered with the freedom and flexibility of cashless / contactless payments.

How it works for event organizers: Mobile Pay Pass is only compatible with the TicketSpice, RegFox, and RedPodium platforms and sycronizes with your catalog of goods and services you designated to sell on-site. Simply open the Mobile Pay Pass POS app, enter your event app key, and then start selling. To start selling, tap new sale and then start building an order using the catalog of products and services. Then when ready to process a payment, simply scan the QR code from your attendee’s ticket or registration. The attendee enters their pin to verify their identity and authorize the purchase and their card on file is securely and safely charged.

Mobile Pay Pass is exclusively made for events using the TicketSpice, RegFox, and RedPodium platforms and does not work with any other event platform.
