App Description
- The Campus Mobile Payments app gives districts and/or schools the ability to provide a mobile point-of-sale (POS) experience using Bluetooth mobile card readers.
- Support an unlimited number of events and locations as you deem appropriate per year.
- Grouping event capabilities: collect ticket sales, concessions, spirit wear, and fundraiser dollars and administer it as one group…while allowing multiple mobile POS locations, and cashiers at each location.
- Creating events: events are connected to the cashiers’ device (school owned or otherwise) via a secure one-time QR code, registering the device to your instance of Infinite Campus. Each user can have a unique PIN to access the events they’re authorized to cashier for.
- Reporting: choose which purchases to track in Infinite Campus by collecting a student ID for any items you’re selling.
- Cost: the only costs are the Bluetooth mobile card readers and the card processing fees as described in the Campus Payments agreement. If you would like to purchase a Bluetooth card reader, please contact the Infinite Campus Sales Team at sales@infinitecampus.com.
