All Well Canada App gives you access to a health risk assessment, which takes a few minutes to complete, and provides personalized recommendations and opportunities to make positive changes to your lifestyle. Take action by joining simple and fun challenges.

When participating in challenges, you can synchronize your connected devices data through Health app and HealthKit for a complete user experience. For example, if you are participating in a running challenge, you can authorize access to your Health app and your running data will be synchronized at app launch with the challenge you are participating in.

All Well Canada App can be offered by your employer’s health and well-being program on a voluntary basis and is strictly confidential.
