OKR stands for Objective Key Result. OKR of an organisation is captured in bottom up approach. Objectives are drilled down to Keyresult which in further drilled down to key intitiative, tasks and sub tasks. Weightage is given and we can assign multiple employees to objectives, keyresult, keyinitiative, tasks and subtask. Overall report can be viewed based on employee.
