Cooking and eating healthy has never been so easy. One look at the new EAT SMARTER app and you can choose from 10,000 of the healthiest recipes. Whether you want to eat healthy, are looking for vegetarian or vegan recipes, or are interested in low-carb, low-calorie, or lactose-free recipes, you're sure to find what you're looking for in the new EAT SMARTER app. And, of course, you'll also find plenty of recipes for interval fasting and the Mediterranean diet which are considered by scientists to be the healthiest ways to eat.

All recipes were developed by nutrition experts and implemented by professional chefs. What's special about this app is that it provides a proprietary health score for each recipe, ranging from 0 (very unhealthy) to 100 (super healthy) to make it super easy to see how healthy a recipe is. Of course, there is also detailed calorie and nutritional information listed for each recipe.

On the app's homepage, you'll find our innovative Quick Finder. It helps you choose between 100 recipe categories in seconds to find recipes in record time. Categories include breakfast, lunch, and dinner, main ingredients like vegetables, potatoes, pasta, fish, and meat, or seasonal ingredients that are fresh right now. You can search for recipes that are vegetarian, vegan, or follow clean eating principles. You can also find recipes for children, dishes from international cuisines, and smart drinks. The possibilities in the quick search are endless.

Recipe collections
For the recipe collections, our editors have compiled the best EAT SMARTER recipes according to specific topics. For example: “Healthy Breakfast Bowls”, “Mediterranean Diet Recipes”, “300-400 Calorie Dinners”, “Healthier Mexican Recipes”, “Baking without Refined Sugar”, or “Plant Based Pasta Alternatives”. In total, the EAT SMARTER app offers over 100 different recipe collections that are constantly being expanded upon.
