Patent-pending automated service for those critical situations that require you to alert Family and Friends (Emergency Contacts) through your profile with exact location and real-time video from your mobile phone.

Say Help™ was developed by local law enforcement officers and inspired by the kidnapping of two young women in Indiana who bravely used their smartphone to record video of their capturer. Had Say Help™ been available to them then, they would be here today to tell their story.

You have heard of situations where a victim needed emergency assistance but was unable to call any assistance (Friends, Family, Police, etc.) because their silence was necessary to prevent drawing attention to themselves (e.g. school shootings, bank robbery, home invasion/burglary, etc.). Or intense, rapidly evolving situations when they did not have the time to dial Family and Friends, provide them with their location, and describe the situation (e.g. domestic violence, medical emergency, robbery, kidnapping, assault, abduction, shooting, etc.). Say Help™ addresses these situations.

Say Help™ requests emergency help by sending a text message (including WhatsApp) to your Family and Friends (Emergency Contacts of your Choice). This message can be sent manually using the app, or automatically through stating “Help! Help! Help!” The SMS text message contains a unique link to your Family and Friends to open a web-based portal to view your:

* Basic identifying information, including your:
- Photo
- Name
- Gender
- Age
- Address
- Phone number
- Vehicle information
- Medical conditions
- Emergency contacts

* GPS information, including:
- Current location
- Where you have been since your request for help was sent
- Current direction and speed of travel
- The floor you are on (if in a building with this technology).

Family and Friends have the ability to interact with you by:
* Viewing live video through your device’s camera
* Hearing live audio from your device’s microphone
* Tracking your location if you are on the move

Say Help™ should never take the place of calling 911 when you are able to do so but provides an alternative when you are unable to do so because your silence is necessary, or time is of the essence because of an intense, rapidly evolving situation.
