This application acts as a front end to our bespoke backend system that is designed specifically to schedule, assign and track different trips from these multiple broker companies to their drivers. Here are some of the major features of the system;
*Increasing Productivity
Achieve more productivity with our Helping Hands Transport application. Robust dispatch & scheduling software ensures less time is required for booking, billing and eligibility. Web-based dispatch & scheduling application can be used in connection with our iOS application. Several key web-based system features like trip routing between drivers, on-the-fly assignments has also been integrated into the application.
*Reducing Costs
Helping Hands Transport application enables more efficient vehicle and driver deployment and reduces overall operational costs. The application is used to gather geo-location data using phone's built in gps, gather odometer reading at specific points to be used in billing later on.
*Better Service
Increase the reliability and flexibility of your NEMT service. With up-to-minute information about trips assignment and operational updates from the central dispatch system, you can view detailed information, including special needs of patients, all at the comfort of your mobile device.
*Back office services
Dedicated call center for Virtual Dispatching, preemptive member calling, driver and vehicle management and broker billing
