Luvelo Employee Kiosk

Employee all-purpose portal to clock in & out, request leave, view schedule, submit work orders, and access payslips.


The Employee Kiosk requires approval from the organization to which the device is assigned before use. Once approved, the user will be prompted to enter their employee name/UID. After selecting their name, they must take a photo for facial recognition verification, ensuring that only the authorized employee can access the kiosk.
Upon successful verification, the employee will have access to the following features:
Pay Slip – View and download their pay slip.
Request Leave – Submit a leave request for manager approval, specifying the start and end dates.
Document Sick Note – Upload a sick note, which will notify managers accordingly.
Timesheet Correction – Report inaccuracies in the time sheet and provide reasons for the requested correction.
Declare Relationship – Associate relationships with other employees, such as spouse, relative, etc.
Forms – Access a variety of forms created via Luvelo Form Builder (app.luvelo.org/formbuilder).
Reset Password – Receive a code via phone to reset the company email password.
Request App Role – Submit a request for specific application roles required for other Luvelo applications.
Update My Phone – Update their registered phone details.
