App Description
entrepreneurs, small business owners, and professionals by offering networking
opportunities, resources, and access to funding. The app will foster an inclusive and
thriving professional platform where underrepresented business communities can
connect, grow, and succeed. DiverseBiz is a mobile app that allows businesses to list
themselves based on their ownership demographics, such as Black-owned, woman-
owned, Veteran-owned, LGBTQIA+-owned, and more. Consumers will be able to search,
review and connect with businesses of their choosing. They will also be able to locate
businesses of interest that are local to their current location. Business owners can get
access to analytics through their personal dashboard, post events, services and specials.
They can also create community forums to share information and resources with other
business owners. The app aims to create a supportive ecosystem for consumers seeking to
support diverse businesses while helping those businesses connect with their target
audiences. This application is the space for all to connect, support and thrive together as a
true business community.
