Online invoicing and KSeF
Easily issue domestic and international invoices and use automatic currency conversion based on current NBP (National Bank of Poland) exchange rates. You can immediately send issued documents by e-mail as PDF files or share them in just a few taps. Updating payment statuses is simple, so you always know what is going on.

(COMING SOON) IFIRMA supports invoices compliant with KSeF, helping you switch to structured e-invoices without manually tracking every regulatory change. In one place you have invoices, KSeF, payments and expense documents.

Contractors, products and services
Managing contractors has never been easier – just enter their VAT ID (NIP) and the client’s details will be automatically retrieved from the GUS (Central Statistical Office) database. The same goes for products and services – you can conveniently create and edit them in the app to speed up online invoicing.

Document management center
Upload a file or a photo of an invoice or receipt, or import a file from another app – all documents are stored in the system and sent straight to IFIRMA accounting. You can see which files have already been posted, view your accountant’s comments and check whether anything is still missing.
