Tired of trying to remember who bet what? Is your group chat a mess of forgotten wagers and unsettled bets? BetterFriends solves this by moving all your friendly, non-monetary bets into one simple, social platform.

Creating bets is simple. Quickly create a new bet with a title, like "How many times will Alex trip tonight?". You can easily set the Over/Under line for any bet (e.g., 2.5) and a fixed bet amount (e.g., $5). You also set a deadline for when the bet should be settled.

You can track everything in one place. The main screen shows all active bets, so you know exactly what's in play. Friends in your group can join a bet with a single tap to choose "Over" or "Under". Once the event is over, any group member can enter the final outcome, and the app automatically determines all the winners and losers.

BetterFriends lets you know exactly who owes whom. As soon as a bet is resolved, the app automatically calculates and adds the amounts to a shared group ledger. A central "Balances" screen shows each person's net amount (e.g., "You are owed $15" or "You owe $10"). The app even simplifies the balances to show the minimum number of payments required to clear all balances in the group. When you're ready, a "Settle Up" feature lets you mark a balance as "Paid in Cash" or provides shortcuts to external payment apps like Venmo or PayPal to make settling up simple.
