App Description

IMPORTANT: This app is for field staff who have been invited by their organization. You need access credentials from your organization to use MyContentBridge.CA

ContentBridge is a mobile tool for frontline workers (police officers, nurses, social workers, community staff) to create and submit social media content from the field for organizational approval.

## WHO IS THIS FOR?

This app is ONLY for field staff who:
• Have been given access by their organization
• Work for law enforcement, healthcare, government, or nonprofit organizations
• Need to create social media posts while on duty or in the field
• Submit content for manager approval before publishing

You cannot use this app without being invited by your organization.

## WHAT YOU CAN DO:

**Create Posts from Anywhere**
Capture moments in the field and create social media posts on your phone. Add photos, videos, and text—your organization controls which platforms to publish to.

**Submit for Approval**
All posts go to your manager for approval. Nothing publishes without authorization from your organization.

**Collaborate with Your Team**
Built-in team chat lets you coordinate with colleagues, share media, and discuss content—no need for separate messaging apps.

**Track Your Posts**
See the status of every post you've submitted: To Approve, Action Needed, Approved, Rejected, or Published.

**Respond to Feedback**
When your manager requests changes, you'll get a notification. Update your post and resubmit directly in the app.

**Stay Notified**
Get instant notifications for approval status, feedback requests, and team messages.

**Schedule Posts**
Create content now and schedule it for future publication (pending manager approval).

## TYPICAL USE CASES:

• Police officer at community event captures photos and creates post about community engagement
• Nurse shares public health tip and submits for communications team approval
• Social worker documents outreach program and submits content to manager
• Parks staff captures nature photos and creates educational post
• Field officer reports on emergency response activity (pending approval)

## SECURITY & COMPLIANCE:

• All posts require manager approval before publishing
• Complete audit trail of all submitted content
• Secure team chat with encryption
• Role-based access controlled by your organization
