Built with guidance from a Red Nose Hospital to Home counsellor, Alongside is a free digital journal that supports every pregnancy journey, including those marked by loss. It helps parents reflect, track, and ground themselves in a way that feels safe and personal.

View week-by-week insights designed with sensitivity and care. Choose a celebratory or gentle tone that avoids emotional triggers.

Track symptoms, baby movements with a kick counter, blood glucose levels, and nutrition using simple day-to-day tools.
