Dynamics Mobile business applications may be used for various scenarios including: Direct Store Delivery (DSD), Home & Office Delivery (HOD), Van-Sales, and Pre-Sales scenarios. The platform also includes functionality for Payment Collection, Merchandising with surveys, Fleet Management, and Warehouse Inventory Management.

The mobile front-end is customizable by clients, and can be used to make sales, deliver goods, take orders, approve documents, and more. It provides tons of additional features on top of the ERP functionalities like MDM (mobile device management), geo-tracking, remote device update and monitoring, geo-location analytics and reporting.
