تسعى مؤسسة محمد بن راشد للإسكان للارتقاء بخدماتها المقدمة لمتعامليها الكرام ومواكبة أحدث الابتكارات المتعلقة بالتطبيقات الذكية وتقديم تجربة أسهل وأفضل للمتعامل من خلال تطبيق المؤسسة الرئيسي (إسكان).

1- تمت إعادة تصميم واجهة التطبيق بالكامل لتقديم تجربة مميزة وسهلة للمتعامل.
2- تقديم على الخدمات الإسكانية الرئيسية والتكميلية.
3- تسهيل تقديم الطلب الإسكاني والتقليل من عدد الخطوات لاكمال التقديم على الطلب.
4- استعراض خدمات المتعامل المفضلة وبيانات الاستمارات الاسكانية وطلبات الصيانة ضمن لوحة المعلومات الرئيسة.
5- إمكانية معرفة حالة الطلب الإسكاني وعرض طلبات صيانة المساكن الجاهزة من دون الحاجة لتسجيل الدخول.
6- الوصول لحاسبة تكلفة البناء وحاسبة القرض دون الحاجة لتسجيل الدخول.
7- تسجيل الدخول باستخدام الهوية الرقمية أو الهوية الاماراتية للمتعاملين، وإمكانية تسجيل دخول المقاولين عبر حسابهم (اسم المستخدم وكلمة المرور) أو عن طريق كلمة المرور لمرة واحدة. 
8- تم تخصيص جزء كامل من التطبيق لتقديم تسهيلات لأصحاب الهمم؛ مثل: تكبير وتصغير الخط وتغيير لون التطبيق ومحرك قارئ الأخبار الخ.
9- تحسين اداء محرك البحث و إضافة ميزة الادراك الصوتي للوصول إلى الخدمة المطلوبة بسهولة وبشكل اسرع.

Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Est. Aims to develop the services provided to the customers and to cope with the latest releases of the smart applications technology by offering an easy and friendly experience to the customers through our main application (ISKAN)

1- A complete revamp is done to the mobile application in terms of the user interface to propose an easy and outstanding experience.
2- Ability to apply to ISKAN’s main and complementary services.
3- Simplify the housing request process by reducing the number of steps required to achieve the service.
4- Display the customer’s favorite services, their housing requests details as well as maintenance requests within their main dashboard.
5- Ability to know the application status and housing maintenance requests without the need to login.
6- Access to the construction cost calculator and loan calculator without the need to login.
7- Integrated login with UAE Pass and login with Emirates ID for customers, while contractors are able to login by using their main account (username and password) or login by OTP
8- Dedicate a complete section to serve the needs of People of Determination, like increase and decrease the font size, change the app’s display color, news reader engine, etc.
9- Enhance the search engine performance through implementing search by voice feature for easier and faster access to the needed services.
