Your activity can be one-time, or it can repeat on virtually any schedule. You can even schedule it seasonally so your weekly golf game can automatically start up in October and end in May each year. You create the activity once and GroupValet takes it from there.

You can also ask your members questions when they sign up, such as "Are you bringing any guests?" or "What are your guests names?" or "Would you like the chicken or the beef?".

At the end of the signup period (that you define), you'll receive an email list that shows everyone who signed up along with the answers to any questions you asked during the signup process.
