To begin the study, go to the application and select the 3 words. Choose words that are interesting to you. Once you have chosen the word, press the START button. Practice shows that some of the words are forgotten over time, and that's fine. That is the way our brain. But some words are remembered well, as the fall in long-term memory and consciousness are clear associations with those words.
