Fantasy iron - also called dream or fairytale travel - are among the guided, imaginative relaxation methods. ADJUSTMENT OF PAUSE LENGTH Breaks to track down and deepening of the performances are always intended for an imagination and pre-set with 25 seconds. These breaks can be adjusted according to your own preferences. TIMER FUNCTION On any fantasy iron to fall asleep for any length of time for the relaxation music can be set with / without the sound of the sea, so that music and / or sounds deepen the relaxation even further or accompany to sleep. SLEEPING OR RETURNING All fantasy iron can be used to fall asleep or with return. TUNING / INTROS At the beginning of the fantasy iron intros are available to tune in: long / short intro / no intro. The long intro (9 min) includes breathing exercise and body scan, which will lead you to deep relaxation before the fantasy journey begins. In the short intro (4 min) there is a short introduction with breathing exercise. Without an intro, the fanatical journey begins immediately. MUSIC & NATURE SOUNDS / VOLUMES In all fantasy iron can be selected from 3 relaxation music and 9 natural sounds, each of which can be individually adapted to the volume of the voice. If desired, music / sounds can also be used alone (without language) to relax or to fall asleep. KeepScreenOn If sound problems occur during standby (timeout), activate the KeepScreenOn mode (in very rare cases).
