App Description
Help the Treasury Attorney recover Union and FGTS credits!
The Open Debt is an application of the Attorney General's Office of the National Treasury (PGFN) that presents debtors registered in active debt of the Federal Government or of the Guarantee Fund for Length of Service (FGTS) in an irregular situation.
In addition to promoting public transparency, the application aims to disseminate conscious consumption and active citizenship actions.
Functionalities:
1. Reading of QR Code of invoices;
2. Quick consultation by name, CPF or CNPJ;
3. Personalized consultations by type of debt (FGTS, labor fine, criminal fine, electoral, social security fine, other tax debts, other non-tax debts), State, Municipality, economic activity and debt value range;
4. Georeferencing of corporate debtors;
5. Confirmation of the debtor's address by the user, to assist PGFN in recovering credits;
6. Informational banners;
7. Direct link to the REGULARIZE portal, allowing the user to consult, pay, split or contest their debts through the PGFN digital platform.
How to use Open Debt?
On your home screen, the application displays a quick consultation menu by taxpayer name, CPF or CNPJ, in addition to informational banners and the largest debtors in the user's region.
When selecting the search menu, the user will be able to select several search filters, such as the type of debt, State or Municipality of the debtor's domicile, its economic activity and the debt value range.
The user will be able to find the debtor companies by CPF / CNPJ, name (corporate name or trade name), QR Code reading on invoice and economic activity (CNAE). Debtors are shown as the main, co-responsible or joint debtor.
The companies will appear in decreasing order of the debt amount, from the largest debtor to the lowest, or in alphabetical order - according to the user choice - presenting the amount of debts.
If the user realizes that he has a debit in his name, clicking on the REGULARIZE banner, he will access the PGFN service portal, where he can pay, negotiate or even request his review without having to go to a PGFN unit.
By reading the QR Code of the invoice, the user can quickly identify if the establishment where he consumed has any debt in an irregular situation.
The application also has the Value Range option, in which the user can determine a spectrum with minimum and maximum amounts of debt, and check which debtors fall into the delimitation.
The georeferencing functionality displays corporate debtors on the map. The number indicated on the balloons corresponds to the number of debtors in the region. Individual debtors are not listed in order to preserve your privacy.
Finally, in detailing the debt, the user can confirm that a debtor actually works at the address indicated. This is an important collaboration for the adoption of credit recovery measures applied by PGFN.
