PRESTOapp is a tool developed by mental health specialists to analyze, monitor, and improve your mental health. The app integrates psychological assessments and resources tailored to the most common mental health problems. The included psychological interventions have been developed by clinical psychologists and psychiatrists at the Hospital Clínic of Barcelona, ​​a leading mental health center.

The psychological content has been carefully crafted following the available scientific evidence. It takes an eclectic approach, based on the real-world practice of our center. Interactive exercises and audiovisual materials, produced entirely by the project's team of mental health professionals, are included.

PRESTOapp will continuously monitor your mental health, and if it detects a mental health problem, it will offer specific interventions through goals and interactive materials to address the issue in a gentle, systematic, sequential way, adapted to your lifestyle and values.
