The free brings app is your access to the collection point. You always have your digital customer card with you on your smartphone.

Registration
Are you using the app for the first time? Store your details once.
➜ Do you already have a brings card? Enter customer number and last name.
➜ Are you new to brings? Fill out the application form with your name, address and e-mail address and define a password. You will receive an email with a confirmation link – when you open it, your email address is verified.
Delivery process
1. Get trolley or container
2. Load the wagons sorted (crates are ready). Only paper/cardboard or bulky goods in the containers
3. Go to the scales with a scale or container
4. Weigh in together with the collection center manager and dispose of yourself
Weighing slip
The weighing slip will be displayed in the app by the next day at the latest.
Payment
Private individuals pay for deliveries directly at the collection point in cash or by card. Commercial customers can deliver on account.
Optional: Book
Click on the blue button 'Book' and then click on the yellow bar 'Book Now'. Select your desired date and confirm. You will then receive a confirmation email for your desired date and your appointment is booked.
